This award recognises an individual or company for demonstrating excellence in their field. Displaying professional skills, attitude & attributes and being of genuine good character. They will be recognised and endorsed by their peers, employees and business associates. They will be the stand out from the award winners. To be eligible for this award the winner must be the recipient of the Award in their elected category.

Safety Excellence

Individual / Company

Safety Excellence is obtained by a company or individual who has embraced safety as a culture. The recipient of this award will have developed and have in practice a safety management system that includes risk assessment, hazard identification, training and continuous improvement. They will be recognised as a company or individual who demonstrates excellence beyond best practice by their employees, business partners and the general industry.

To be eligible for this award the recipient must:

• Demonstrate an improvement to and/or sustained culture of low level significant lost time injuries and accidents / incidents

• Show evidence of investment in safety procedures through implementation of on-going training
